Mais la donne est en train de chang\u00ader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente de l\u2019Or\u00adgan\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtion Inter\u00adna\u00adtionale du Tra\u00advail, le secteur du care repr\u00e9sen\u00adtera 30% des emplois cr\u00e9\u00e9s dans le monde d\u2019i\u00adci 2030. \u201cC\u2019est une v\u00e9ri\u00adta\u00adble r\u00e9vo\u00adlu\u00adtion\u201d, explique l\u2019\u00e9\u00adcon\u00ado\u00admiste Marie Durand. \u201cCes m\u00e9tiers, autre\u00adfois con\u00adsid\u00ad\u00e9r\u00e9s comme \u2018f\u00e9minins\u2019 et donc moins val\u00adoris\u00e9s, devi\u00aden\u00adnent cen\u00adtraux dans notre \u00e9conomie\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9vo\u00adlu\u00adtion s\u2019ex\u00adplique par plusieurs fac\u00adteurs. D\u2019abord, le vieil\u00adlisse\u00adment de la pop\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtion dans de nom\u00adbreux pays d\u00e9velop\u00adp\u00e9s cr\u00e9e un besoin crois\u00adsant en per\u00adson\u00adnel soignant. Ensuite, la prise de con\u00adscience \u00e9cologique pousse \u00e0 priv\u00adil\u00e9gi\u00ader les ser\u00advices aux per\u00adson\u00adnes plut\u00f4t que la con\u00adsom\u00adma\u00adtion de biens mat\u00e9riels. Enfin, la crise san\u00adi\u00adtaire a mis en lumi\u00e8re l\u2019im\u00adpor\u00adtance cru\u00adciale de ces m\u00e9tiers du care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais le plus int\u00e9res\u00adsant, c\u2019est que les femmes sont en train de trans\u00adformer ces pro\u00adfes\u00adsions de l\u2019in\u00adt\u00e9rieur. Fini le temps o\u00f9 elles se con\u00adtentaient de postes sub\u00adal\u00adternes mal pay\u00e9s. Les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s ont la vie dure et cer\u00adtains con\u00adsid\u00ad\u00e8rent encore ces m\u00e9tiers comme \u201cpeu qual\u00adi\u00adfi\u00e9s\u201d.
