Zen\u00addaya com\u00admence par retrac\u00ader son par\u00adcours : \u201cGrandir dans cette indus\u00adtrie en tant que jeune femme de couleur n\u2019a pas tou\u00adjours \u00e9t\u00e9 facile. J\u2019ai sou\u00advent \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00adfron\u00adt\u00e9e \u00e0 des st\u00e9r\u00e9o\u00adtypes et \u00e0 des r\u00f4les lim\u00adit\u00e9s. C\u2019est ce qui m\u2019a pouss\u00e9e \u00e0 vouloir chang\u00ader les choses de l\u2019in\u00adt\u00e9rieur.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La cr\u00e9a\u00adtion de sa mai\u00adson de pro\u00adduc\u00adtion<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En 2024, Zen\u00addaya a lanc\u00e9 sa pro\u00adpre mai\u00adson de pro\u00adduc\u00adtion, \u201cKalei\u00addo\u00adscope Sto\u00adries\u201d, avec pour mis\u00adsion de met\u00adtre en lumi\u00e8re des voix divers\u00ades et des his\u00adtoires sous-repr\u00e9sen\u00adt\u00e9es. \u201cJe voulais cr\u00e9er une plate\u00adforme o\u00f9 les tal\u00adents issus de tous hori\u00adzons pour\u00adraient s\u2019ex\u00adprimer libre\u00adment,\u201d explique-t-elle. \u201cChez Kalei\u00addo\u00adscope, nous nous enga\u00adgeons \u00e0 ce que 50% de nos pro\u00adjets soient dirig\u00e9s par des femmes et des per\u00adson\u00adnes de couleur.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
