Celle qui s\u2019est recon\u00adver\u00adtie avec suc\u00adc\u00e8s dans la sophrolo\u00adgie et le bien-\u00eatre doit d\u00e9sor\u00admais appli\u00adquer ses pro\u00adpres pr\u00e9\u00adceptes pour ne pas som\u00adbr\u00ader. Le com\u00adbat est quo\u00adti\u00addi\u00aden : chimio\u00adth\u00e9rapies, doutes, espoirs et fatigue extr\u00eame. Elle partage, avec une pudeur poignante, les \u00e9tapes de ce par\u00adcours du com\u00adbat\u00adtant. Son objec\u00adtif est dou\u00adble : soutenir son mari dans chaque souf\u00adfle, mais aus\u00adsi offrir un mes\u00adsage d\u2019e\u00adspoir \u00e0 ceux qui vivent la m\u00eame sit\u00adu\u00ada\u00adtion. Elle met en avant l\u2019im\u00adpor\u00adtance du sou\u00adtien psy\u00adchologique et de la pr\u00e9sence de l\u2019en\u00adtourage. \u201cL\u2019amour est notre plus grande arme\u201d, con\u00adfie-t-elle.
