Il y a tout juste cinquante ans, en 1975, l\u2019Organisation des Nations Unies procla\u00admait la pre\u00admi\u00e8re \u201cAnn\u00e9e Inter\u00adna\u00adtionale de la Femme\u201d. \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, l\u2019ini\u00adtia\u00adtive sem\u00adblait auda\u00adcieuse, presque utopique pour cer\u00adtains. Aujour\u00add\u2019hui, nous mesurons l\u2019am\u00adpleur de cette odyss\u00e9e faite de courage, de larmes et de con\u00adqu\u00eates irr\u00e9versibles. De l\u2019\u00e9mancipation juridique \u00e0 l\u2019affirmation de soi dans tous les secteurs de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, les femmes ont redess\u00adin\u00e9 la carte du monde. Pour\u00adtant, alors que nous fran\u00adchissons le seuil de 2026, un con\u00adstat s\u2019im\u00adpose : le pro\u00adgr\u00e8s n\u2019est pas une ligne droite, mais un com\u00adbat de chaque instant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong> L\u2019h\u00e9ritage des pio\u00adnni\u00e8res de 1975<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour com\u00adpren\u00addre les enjeux de 2026, il est imp\u00e9ratif de se rep\u00adlonger dans l\u2019ef\u00adfer\u00adves\u00adcence de 1975. Cette ann\u00e9e-l\u00e0 fut le catal\u00ady\u00adseur d\u2019une prise de con\u00adscience plan\u00e9\u00adtaire. En France et dans le monde, les pio\u00adnni\u00e8res de cette \u00e9poque ne demandaient pas seule\u00adment des ajuste\u00adments ; elles exigeaient une refonte totale du con\u00adtrat social. C\u2019est l\u2019\u00e8re de la con\u00adqu\u00eate de l\u2019au\u00adtonomie finan\u00adci\u00e8re \u2014 le droit de pos\u00ads\u00e9der un compte ban\u00adcaire sans l\u2019aval d\u2019un \u00e9poux, une r\u00e9vo\u00adlu\u00adtion silen\u00adcieuse mais fon\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019h\u00e9ritage de ces femmes se lit dans les textes de loi qui ont suivi : la l\u00e9gal\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtion de l\u2019IVG, la p\u00e9nal\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtion du har\u00adc\u00e8le\u00adment et, plus r\u00e9cem\u00adment, les dis\u00adposi\u00adtifs de pro\u00adtec\u00adtion con\u00adtre les vio\u00adlences sex\u00adistes et sex\u00aduelles qui ont enfin bris\u00e9 l\u2019omer\u00adta. Ces vic\u00adtoires sont le fruit d\u2019une sol\u00adi\u00addar\u00adit\u00e9 interg\u00e9n\u00e9ra\u00adtionnelle. En 1975, l\u2019ob\u00adjec\u00adtif \u00e9tait de ren\u00addre la femme \u201cvis\u00adi\u00adble\u201d. En 2025, nous avons r\u00e9al\u00adis\u00e9 que la vis\u00adi\u00adbil\u00adit\u00e9 ne suff\u00adi\u00adsait plus ; c\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9\u00adgal\u00adit\u00e9 d\u2019im\u00adpact et de d\u00e9ci\u00adsion qui est dev\u00adenue le nou\u00adveau Graal. Les pio\u00adnni\u00e8res ont ouvert les portes ; leurs h\u00e9ri\u00adti\u00e8res doivent main\u00adtenant s\u2019as\u00adsur\u00ader que ces portes ne se refer\u00adment jamais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pourquoi 2025 a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019an\u00adn\u00e9e du r\u00e9veil face aux in\u00e9\u00adgal\u00adit\u00e9s per\u00adsis\u00adtantes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019an\u00adn\u00e9e qui vient de s\u2019\u00e9\u00adcouler, 2025, restera dans les annales comme celle du \u201cgrand inven\u00adtaire\u201d. Mal\u00adgr\u00e9 cinquante ans de luttes, les sta\u00adtis\u00adtiques de fin d\u2019an\u00adn\u00e9e ont agi comme une douche froide pour les opti\u00admistes. Le pla\u00adfond de verre, que l\u2019on pen\u00adsait fis\u00adsur\u00e9, s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 encore extr\u00eame\u00adment robuste dans les hautes sph\u00e8res du pou\u00advoir poli\u00adtique et \u00e9conomique. Le monde a vu \u00e9merg\u00ader une con\u00adscience glob\u00adale gr\u00e2ce aux out\u00adils num\u00e9riques, mais cette m\u00eame tech\u00adnolo\u00adgie a aus\u00adsi facil\u00adit\u00e9 de nou\u00advelles formes d\u2019op\u00adpres\u00adsion et de cyber-har\u00adc\u00e8le\u00adment. En 2025, les femmes ont com\u00adpris que les acquis, aus\u00adsi solides sem\u00adblent-ils, sont frag\u00adiles face aux mon\u00adt\u00e9es des nou\u00adveaux con\u00adser\u00advatismes. Qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de remis\u00ades en ques\u00adtion des droits repro\u00adduc\u00adtifs dans cer\u00adtaines d\u00e9moc\u00adra\u00adties occi\u00adden\u00adtales ou de l\u2019ac\u00adc\u00e8s lim\u00adit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9\u00add\u00adu\u00adca\u00adtion dans les zones de con\u00adflit, l\u2019alerte a \u00e9t\u00e9 don\u00adn\u00e9e. Ce r\u00e9veil n\u2019est pas un aveu d\u2019\u00e9chec, mais une remo\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtion n\u00e9ces\u00adsaire. L\u2019e\u00adsprit de 1975 doit se r\u00e9in\u00adven\u00adter pour 2026 : il ne s\u2019ag\u00adit plus seule\u00adment de \u201cr\u00e9clamer sa place\u201d, mais de red\u00e9finir les struc\u00adtures m\u00eames du pou\u00advoir pour qu\u2019elles cessent d\u2019\u00eatre intrin\u00ads\u00e8que\u00adment mas\u00adcu\u00adlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Con\u00adclu\u00adsion<\/strong> Le pas\u00adsage de 2025 \u00e0 2026 mar\u00adque un tour\u00adnant. L\u2019analyse de ces cinquante derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es nous mon\u00adtre que chaque avanc\u00e9e majeure a \u00e9t\u00e9 suiv\u00adie d\u2019une ten\u00adta\u00adtive de ressac.
