Pour cette \u00e9di\u00adtion de fin d\u2019an\u00adn\u00e9e, BOBEA a s\u00e9lec\u00adtion\u00adn\u00e9 les \u00e9tab\u00adlisse\u00adments qui ne se con\u00adtentent pas de nour\u00adrir, mais qui \u00e9l\u00e8vent l\u2019\u00e2me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La \u201cTable des Gar\u00addi\u00adennes\u201d : Le som\u00admet de l\u2019an\u00adn\u00e9e<\/strong> Le restau\u00adrant dont tout Paris par\u00adle en ce 29 d\u00e9cem\u00adbre est sans con\u00adteste <em>L\u2019Algue Blanche<\/em>, dirig\u00e9 par la cheffe \u00e9toil\u00e9e Manon Lefeb\u00advre. En lien direct avec l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement \u201cL\u2019Algue des Gar\u00addi\u00adennes\u201d, ce lieu pro\u00adpose une cui\u00adsine enti\u00e8re\u00adment bas\u00e9e sur les ressources marines r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ra\u00adtives. Ici, pas de caviar ni de pro\u00adduits import\u00e9s \u00e0 grand frais de k\u00e9ros\u00e8ne. On y d\u00e9guste des vari\u00ada\u00adtions sur le kom\u00adbu, des \u00e9mul\u00adsions d\u2019eau de mer et des pois\u00adsons de roche oubli\u00e9s. C\u2019est une exp\u00e9ri\u00adence bru\u00adtale de v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et de saveurs in\u00e9dites.
