Avec plus de 2 400 femmes b\u00e9n\u00e9\u00adfi\u00adci\u00adaires, cette ini\u00adtia\u00adtive a per\u00admis de ren\u00adforcer les com\u00adp\u00e9\u00adtences et les capac\u00adit\u00e9s des entre\u00adpre\u00adneures pour dynamiser leurs microen\u00adtre\u00adpris\u00ades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>For\u00adma\u00adtion et autonomi\u00adsa\u00adtion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Le lance\u00adment le 2 f\u00e9vri\u00ader dernier, de la Phase III du pro\u00adgramme, rebap\u00adtis\u00e9 \u00ab Entre\u00adpren\u00adHER \u00bb, a mar\u00adqu\u00e9 une nou\u00advelle \u00e9tape dans l\u2019au\u00adtonomi\u00adsa\u00adtion des femmes entre\u00adpre\u00adneures de la r\u00e9gion. Des ate\u00adliers de for\u00adma\u00adtion ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organ\u00adis\u00e9s au Botswana, en Nami\u00adbie et en Afrique du Sud, met\u00adtant l\u2019ac\u00adcent sur la ges\u00adtion d\u2019en\u00adtre\u00adprise, le mar\u00adket\u00ading, la tar\u00adi\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion et d\u2019autres aspects essen\u00adtiels. Ces for\u00adma\u00adtions ont b\u00e9n\u00e9\u00adfi\u00adci\u00e9 \u00e0 plus de 1 000 femmes dans chaque pays, ren\u00adfor\u00e7ant ain\u00adsi les fon\u00adda\u00adtions de leurs entre\u00adpris\u00ades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Des d\u00e9fis, mais aus\u00adsi solu\u00adtions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Mal\u00adgr\u00e9 les suc\u00adc\u00e8s ren\u00adcon\u00adtr\u00e9s, le manque de finance\u00adments demeure un d\u00e9fi majeur pour les petites entre\u00adpris\u00ades. Pour pal\u00adli\u00ader cette lacune, la nou\u00advelle phase d\u2019En\u00adtre\u00adpren\u00adHER pr\u00e9voit d\u2019of\u00adfrir des sub\u00adven\u00adtions ou des pr\u00eats \u00e0 taux z\u00e9ro aux par\u00adtic\u00adi\u00adpantes, afin de les aider \u00e0 inve\u00adstir dans leurs activ\u00adit\u00e9s. Cette approche glob\u00adale vise \u00e0 garan\u00adtir un sou\u00adtien financier cru\u00adcial pour la crois\u00adsance et la p\u00e9ren\u00adnit\u00e9 des microen\u00adtre\u00adpris\u00ades dirig\u00e9es par des femmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Vers un avenir promet\u00adteur<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Avec pour objec\u00adtif d\u2019ac\u00adcom\u00adpa\u00adg\u00adn\u00ader 1 500 femmes entre\u00adpre\u00adneures d\u2019i\u00adci 2026, Entre\u00adpren\u00adHER s\u2019en\u00adgage \u00e0 ren\u00adforcer davan\u00adtage les com\u00adp\u00e9\u00adtences des par\u00adtic\u00adi\u00adpantes. Des domaines tels que l\u2019in\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtique, les tech\u00adniques agri\u00adcoles durables et l\u2019ac\u00adc\u00e8s aux march\u00e9s seront au c\u0153ur des for\u00adma\u00adtions \u00e0 venir. Le pro\u00adgramme ambi\u00adtionne \u00e9gale\u00adment de soutenir les femmes \u00e9volu\u00adant dans des secteurs tra\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adnelle\u00adment dom\u00adin\u00e9s par les hommes, ouvrant ain\u00adsi de nou\u00advelles per\u00adspec\u00adtives pro\u00adfes\u00adsion\u00adnelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Refl\u00e9\u00adtant l\u2019en\u00adgage\u00adment en faveur de l\u2019\u00e9\u00adgal\u00adit\u00e9 des sex\u00ades, Entre\u00adpren\u00adHER est salu\u00e9 comme un out\u00adil essen\u00adtiel pour attein\u00addre les Objec\u00adtifs de d\u00e9veloppe\u00adment durable.
