Mal\u00adgr\u00e9 des avanc\u00e9es nota\u00adbles ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, les in\u00e9\u00adgal\u00adit\u00e9s salar\u00adi\u00adales, les pla\u00adfonds de verre et la sous-repr\u00e9sen\u00adta\u00adtion des femmes dans les postes \u00e0 respon\u00ads\u00adabil\u00adit\u00e9 per\u00adsis\u00adtent. Face \u00e0 ces con\u00adstats, de nou\u00advelles ini\u00adtia\u00adtives \u00e9mer\u00adgent, port\u00e9es par des entre\u00adpris\u00ades, des asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtions et des pou\u00advoirs publics, pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00ader le mou\u00adve\u00adment vers une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 plus juste et plus inclu\u00adsive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bilan des in\u00e9\u00adgal\u00adit\u00e9s per\u00adsis\u00adtantes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les chiffres par\u00adlent d\u2019eux-m\u00eames : en France, l\u2019\u00e9cart de salaire moyen entre les femmes et les hommes reste d\u2019environ 15 % \u00e0 poste et com\u00adp\u00e9\u00adtences \u00e9gales. Les femmes repr\u00e9sen\u00adtent moins de 20 % des mem\u00adbres des comit\u00e9s ex\u00e9\u00adcu\u00adtifs des grandes entre\u00adpris\u00ades, et \u00e0 peine 30 % des cr\u00e9a\u00adteurs d\u2019entreprises. Les secteurs les plus f\u00e9min\u00adis\u00e9s (san\u00adt\u00e9, \u00e9du\u00adca\u00adtion, social) sont aus\u00adsi ceux o\u00f9 les r\u00e9mun\u00e9ra\u00adtions sont les plus faibles. Les inter\u00adrup\u00adtions de car\u00adri\u00e8re li\u00e9es \u00e0 la mater\u00adnit\u00e9, la pr\u00e9\u00adcar\u00adit\u00e9 des emplois \u00e0 temps par\u00adtiel et la dif\u00adfi\u00adcult\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la for\u00adma\u00adtion con\u00adtribuent \u00e0 creuser ces \u00e9carts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les nou\u00adveaux leviers de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 pro\u00adfes\u00adsion\u00adnelle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Face \u00e0 ces con\u00adstats, de nom\u00adbreux acteurs s\u2019engagent pour faire bouger les lignes. Les entre\u00adpris\u00ades, soumis\u00ades \u00e0 l\u2019index \u00e9gal\u00adit\u00e9 pro\u00adfes\u00adsion\u00adnelle depuis 2019, sont incit\u00e9es \u00e0 mesur\u00ader et \u00e0 cor\u00adriger les \u00e9carts de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ra\u00adtion. Cer\u00adtaines vont plus loin en instau\u00adrant des poli\u00adtiques de trans\u00adparence salar\u00adi\u00adale, en favorisant l\u2019acc\u00e8s des femmes aux postes de direc\u00adtion et en d\u00e9velop\u00adpant des dis\u00adposi\u00adtifs de men\u00adtorat et de for\u00adma\u00adtion con\u00adtin\u00adue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De grandes soci\u00e9t\u00e9s, comme L\u2019Or\u00e9al, Danone ou BNP Paribas, ont mis en place des r\u00e9seaux internes de femmes, des pro\u00adgrammes de lead\u00ader\u00adship au f\u00e9minin et des objec\u00adtifs chiffr\u00e9s pour la pro\u00admo\u00adtion des tal\u00adents f\u00e9minins. Elles accom\u00adpa\u00adg\u00adnent les femmes dans leur par\u00adcours, pro\u00adposent des ate\u00adliers de n\u00e9go\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion salar\u00adi\u00adale, de prise de parole en pub\u00adlic et de d\u00e9veloppe\u00adment de car\u00adri\u00e8re. Des r\u00e9seaux comme \u00ab Femmes &amp; Ambi\u00adtion \u00bb, \u00ab Elles bougent \u00bb ou \u00ab Women in Tech \u00bb f\u00e9d\u00e8rent des mil\u00adliers de mem\u00adbres et offrent des oppor\u00adtu\u00adnit\u00e9s de men\u00adtorat, de r\u00e9seau\u00adtage et de for\u00adma\u00adtion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les cam\u00adpagnes de sen\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtion, relay\u00e9es sur les r\u00e9seaux soci\u00adaux, con\u00adtribuent \u00e0 chang\u00ader les men\u00adtal\u00adit\u00e9s et \u00e0 val\u00adoris\u00ader les par\u00adcours f\u00e9minins. Les t\u00e9moignages de femmes lead\u00aders, entre\u00adpre\u00adneures ou salari\u00e9es, inspirent et encour\u00ada\u00adgent les plus jeunes \u00e0 oser, \u00e0 s\u2019affirmer et \u00e0 revendi\u00adquer leur place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019impact de la l\u00e9g\u00adis\u00adla\u00adtion et des poli\u00adtiques publiques<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00c9tat con\u00adtin\u00adue de jouer un r\u00f4le moteur dans la lutte pour l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 pro\u00adfes\u00adsion\u00adnelle. La loi Rix\u00adain de 2021 impose des quo\u00adtas de femmes dans les instances dirigeantes des grandes entre\u00adpris\u00ades. Les con\u00adtr\u00f4les de l\u2019Inspection du tra\u00advail sont ren\u00adfor\u00adc\u00e9s pour sanc\u00adtion\u00adner les dis\u00adcrim\u00adi\u00adna\u00adtions \u00e0 l\u2019embauche ou \u00e0 la pro\u00admo\u00adtion. Les dis\u00adposi\u00adtifs de sou\u00adtien \u00e0 l\u2019entrepreneuriat f\u00e9minin (pr\u00eats d\u2019honneur, accom\u00adpa\u00adg\u00adne\u00adment \u00e0 la cr\u00e9a\u00adtion d\u2019entreprise, incu\u00adba\u00adteurs sp\u00e9\u00adcial\u00adis\u00e9s) se mul\u00adti\u00adplient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, la ques\u00adtion de la parental\u00adit\u00e9 est de plus en plus prise en compte : allonge\u00adment du con\u00adg\u00e9 pater\u00adnit\u00e9, inci\u00adta\u00adtions \u00e0 la prise de con\u00adg\u00e9 parental par les hommes, d\u00e9veloppe\u00adment des cr\u00e8ch\u00ades d\u2019entreprise et des solu\u00adtions de garde inno\u00advantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les nou\u00adveaux d\u00e9fis de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 pro\u00adfes\u00adsion\u00adnelle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si les avanc\u00e9es sont r\u00e9elles, de nou\u00adveaux d\u00e9fis \u00e9mer\u00adgent. Les poli\u00adtiques d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 doivent s\u2019adapter \u00e0 la plu\u00adral\u00adit\u00e9 des par\u00adcours et des besoins, pour garan\u00adtir \u00e0 cha\u00adcune les m\u00eames chances de r\u00e9us\u00adsite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Paroles de femmes : regards crois\u00e9s sur l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour illus\u00adtr\u00ader ces enjeux, Bob\u00e9a donne la parole \u00e0 plusieurs femmes engag\u00e9es :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sophie, 42 ans, direc\u00adtrice mar\u00adket\u00ading dans une grande entre\u00adprise<\/strong>&nbsp;: \u00ab J\u2019ai longtemps h\u00e9sit\u00e9 \u00e0 deman\u00adder une aug\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un ate\u00adlier de n\u00e9go\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion, j\u2019ai os\u00e9 franchir le pas et j\u2019ai obtenu ce que je m\u00e9ri\u00adtais. Il faut appren\u00addre \u00e0 se val\u00adoris\u00ader et \u00e0 ne pas s\u2019auto-censurer. \u00bb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ami\u00adna, 35 ans, ing\u00e9nieure infor\u00adma\u00adtique<\/strong>&nbsp;: \u00ab Dans la tech, il y a encore beau\u00adcoup de st\u00e9r\u00e9o\u00adtypes. Mais les choses bougent, notam\u00adment gr\u00e2ce aux r\u00e9seaux de femmes et \u00e0 la sol\u00adi\u00addar\u00adit\u00e9 entre col\u00adl\u00e8gues. \u00bb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Claire, 28 ans, cr\u00e9a\u00adtrice d\u2019entreprise<\/strong>&nbsp;: \u00ab L\u2019accompagnement et le men\u00adtorat ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cisifs pour moi. Il faut plus de mod\u00ad\u00e8les f\u00e9minins dans l\u2019entrepreneuriat. \u00bb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Con\u00adclu\u00adsion : L\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 pro\u00adfes\u00adsion\u00adnelle, un com\u00adbat col\u00adlec\u00adtif et quo\u00adti\u00addi\u00aden<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 pro\u00adfes\u00adsion\u00adnelle n\u2019est pas un acquis, mais un com\u00adbat de chaque instant. Elle sup\u00adpose l\u2019engagement de tous : entre\u00adpris\u00ades, pou\u00advoirs publics, asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtions et indi\u00advidus.
