J\u2019\u00e9tais d\u00e9vast\u00e9e, per\u00addue, inca\u00adpable de com\u00adpren\u00addre ce qui s\u2019\u00e9tait pass\u00e9. La rup\u00adture a \u00e9t\u00e9 bru\u00adtale, sans dis\u00adcus\u00adsion ni expli\u00adca\u00adtion claire. \u00ab Les pre\u00admi\u00e8res semaines ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les plus dif\u00adfi\u00adciles. Je pleu\u00adrais sou\u00advent, je me sen\u00adtais isol\u00e9e. Mais j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de ne pas me laiss\u00ader sub\u00admerg\u00ader. J\u2019ai par\u00adl\u00e9 \u00e0 mes amies, \u00e0 ma famille, et j\u2019ai com\u00admenc\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9crire un jour\u00adnal pour exprimer mes \u00e9mo\u00adtions. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mari\u00adam insiste sur l\u2019importance de ne pas nier sa souf\u00adfrance. \u00ab Pleur\u00ader, crier, ressen\u00adtir la tristesse, c\u2019est nor\u00admal. C\u2019est un pas\u00adsage oblig\u00e9 pour gu\u00e9rir. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Se recen\u00adtr\u00ader sur soi<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Elle a repris des activ\u00adit\u00e9s qu\u2019elle aimait, comme la danse et la lec\u00adture, et s\u2019est inscrite \u00e0 des ate\u00adliers de d\u00e9veloppe\u00adment per\u00adson\u00adnel. \u00ab J\u2019ai appris \u00e0 me red\u00e9\u00adcou\u00advrir, \u00e0 me recon\u00adnecter \u00e0 mes envies et \u00e0 mes forces. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. \u00c9viter les con\u00adtacts tox\u00adiques<\/p>\n\n\n\n
