Voici une s\u00e9lec\u00adtion de plats qui allient saveurs print\u00adani\u00e8res et bien\u00adfaits nutri\u00adtion\u00adnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salade de quinoa aux asperges et frais\u00ades<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette salade col\u00ador\u00e9e et nutri\u00adtive est par\u00adfaite pour prof\u00aditer des pre\u00admiers l\u00e9gumes de sai\u00adson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingr\u00e9\u00addi\u00adents (pour 4 per\u00adson\u00adnes) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200g de quinoa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 botte d\u2019asperges vertes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250g de frais\u00ades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100g de feta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50g de pis\u00adtach\u00ades con\u00adcass\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vinai\u00adgrette au cit\u00adron et \u00e0 l\u2019huile d\u2019o\u00adlive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9\u00adpa\u00adra\u00adtion :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Faites cuire le quinoa selon les instruc\u00adtions du paquet. Lais\u00adsez refroidir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coupez les asperges en tron\u00e7ons et faites-les blanchir 3 min\u00adutes.
