La start-up Pymet\u00adrics, fond\u00e9e par la neu\u00adro\u00adsci\u00aden\u00adtifique Fri\u00adda Pol\u00adli, utilise des jeux cog\u00adni\u00adtifs pour \u00e9val\u00aduer les com\u00adp\u00e9\u00adtences des can\u00addi\u00addats, plut\u00f4t que de se fier unique\u00adment aux CV. Cette approche vise \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les biais li\u00e9s au genre, \u00e0 l\u2019o\u00adrig\u00adine eth\u00adnique ou au par\u00adcours acad\u00e9mique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019autres entre\u00adpris\u00ades, comme Hire\u00adVue, int\u00e8\u00adgrent des audits r\u00e9guliers de leurs algo\u00adrithmes pour d\u00e9tecter et cor\u00adriger les biais poten\u00adtiels. \u201cNous devons con\u00adstam\u00adment remet\u00adtre en ques\u00adtion et affin\u00ader nos mod\u00ad\u00e8les pour garan\u00adtir l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9\u201d, affirme Lind\u00adsey Zuloa\u00adga, direc\u00adtrice des sci\u00adences des don\u00adn\u00e9es chez Hire\u00adVue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les l\u00e9g\u00adis\u00adla\u00adteurs com\u00admen\u00adcent \u00e9gale\u00adment \u00e0 s\u2019emparer du sujet.
