Alors que le con\u00adflit en Ukraine s\u2019en\u00adlise, les femmes se retrou\u00advent en pre\u00admi\u00e8re ligne, non seule\u00adment comme vic\u00adtimes mais aus\u00adsi comme actri\u00adces essen\u00adtielles de la r\u00e9sis\u00adtance et de la recon\u00adstruc\u00adtion du pays. Por\u00adtrait d\u2019une r\u00e9silience au f\u00e9minin qui d\u00e9fie les st\u00e9r\u00e9o\u00adtypes de genre en temps de guerre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon ONU Femmes, les femmes repr\u00e9sen\u00adtent 65% des per\u00adson\u00adnes d\u00e9plac\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019in\u00adt\u00e9rieur de l\u2019Ukraine. Pour\u00adtant, loin d\u2019\u00eatre de sim\u00adples vic\u00adtimes, elles s\u2019im\u00adposent comme des piliers de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ukraini\u00adenne en guerre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sur le front mil\u00adi\u00adtaire, leur pr\u00e9sence s\u2019est con\u00adsid\u00ad\u00e9rable\u00adment accrue. D\u2019apr\u00e8s le min\u00adist\u00e8re ukrainien de la D\u00e9fense, plus de 50 000 femmes ser\u00advent d\u00e9sor\u00admais dans l\u2019ar\u00adm\u00e9e, soit 22% des effec\u00adtifs. La com\u00adman\u00addante Katery\u00adna Pry\u00adi\u00admak t\u00e9moigne : \u201cNous prou\u00advons chaque jour que le courage n\u2019a pas de genre\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans le domaine human\u00adi\u00adtaire, les femmes sont omnipr\u00e9sentes. L\u2019ONG \u201cLes Femmes pour l\u2019Ukraine\u201d, fond\u00e9e par Ole\u00adna Zelen\u00ads\u00adka, \u00e9pouse du pr\u00e9si\u00addent, a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fourni une aide d\u2019ur\u00adgence \u00e0 plus de 3 mil\u00adlions de per\u00adson\u00adnes. Sa fon\u00adda\u00adtrice d\u00e9clare : \u201cLa sol\u00adi\u00addar\u00adit\u00e9 f\u00e9mi\u00adnine est notre arme la plus puis\u00adsante con\u00adtre la guerre\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les femmes jouent \u00e9gale\u00adment un r\u00f4le cru\u00adcial dans la diplo\u00admatie et les n\u00e9go\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtions de paix. La vice-pre\u00admi\u00e8re min\u00adistre Olha Ste\u00adfan\u00adishy\u00adna est dev\u00adenue une voix influ\u00adente sur la sc\u00e8ne inter\u00adna\u00adtionale, plaidant pour une \u201cpaix juste et durable\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cepen\u00addant, les d\u00e9fis restent immenses. Le risque de vio\u00adlences sex\u00aduelles li\u00e9es au con\u00adflit demeure \u00e9lev\u00e9. La Com\u00admis\u00adsion des Nations Unies sur les droits de l\u2019homme a doc\u00adu\u00admen\u00adt\u00e9 de nom\u00adbreux cas d\u2019a\u00adgres\u00adsions, appelant \u00e0 une action urgente pour pro\u00adt\u00e9ger les femmes et les filles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Face \u00e0 ces \u00e9preuves, les Ukraini\u00adennes font preuve d\u2019une r\u00e9silience remar\u00adquable. Comme le souligne la soci\u00ado\u00adlogue Oksana Kis : \u201cCette guerre red\u00e9finit les r\u00f4les de genre en Ukraine. Les femmes \u00e9mer\u00adgent comme des lead\u00aders, des pro\u00adtec\u00adtri\u00adces, des b\u00e2tis\u00adseuses de paix\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alors que le con\u00adflit se pro\u00adlonge, il est essen\u00adtiel de recon\u00adna\u00eetre et de soutenir le r\u00f4le cen\u00adtral des femmes dans la r\u00e9sis\u00adtance et la recon\u00adstruc\u00adtion de l\u2019Ukraine. Leur courage et leur d\u00e9ter\u00admi\u00adna\u00adtion incar\u00adnent l\u2019e\u00adspoir d\u2019un avenir plus \u00e9gal\u00adi\u00adtaire et paci\u00adfique pour le pays.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
